### sec.348 Notice of ceasing to carry out activity by holder of program
Within 10 business days after ceasing to carry out the activity to which a transitional environmental program relates, the holder of the program must give written notice of ceasing to carry out the activity to the administering authority.
Maximum penalty—50 penalty units.
