### sec.344AE Notice of proposed amendment
The administering authority must give the holder of the transitional environmental program a written notice (the proposed amendment notice ) stating the following—
the amendment (the proposed amendment ) the administering authority proposes to make;
the grounds for the proposed amendment;
the facts and circumstances that are the basis for the grounds;
that the holder may, within a stated period, make written representations to show why the proposed amendment should not be made.
The stated period must end at least 20 business days after the holder is given the proposed amendment notice.
The proposed amendment notice must be accompanied by a copy of the transitional environmental program showing the changes.
