### sec.326E Declarations to accompany report An environmental report submitted to the administering authority must be accompanied by a declaration stating that the recipient— has not knowingly given false or misleading information to the person who carried out the environmental evaluation; and has given all relevant information to the person who carried out the environmental evaluation. The declaration must be made— if the recipient is an individual—by the recipient; or if the recipient is a corporation—by an executive officer of the corporation.
