### sec.322A Chief executive may require environmental audit about recognised accreditation program for agricultural ERA The chief executive may, by written notice (also an audit notice ), require the owner of a recognised accreditation program for an agricultural ERA to— commission an audit (also an environmental audit ) about a stated matter concerning the accreditation program; and whether the conditions of recognition of the accredited program have been complied with give the administering authority an environmental report about the audit.
