### sec.318ZJ Steps after making decision If the administering authority decides the progressive certification application, it must, within 10 business days after the decision is made— if the decision was to give the progressive certification— record particulars of the certification in the relevant register for the environmental authority; and if a PRCP schedule applies for relevant activities carried out in the certified area—record particulars of the certification in the relevant register for the schedule; and give written notice of the decision to the applicant; or if the decision was to refuse the progressive certification—give the applicant an information notice about the decision. s 318ZJ ins 2012 No. 16 s 8 amd 2018 No. 30 s 179 ; 2020 No. 26 s 77 - (a) if the decision was to give the progressive certification— (i) record particulars of the certification in the relevant register for the environmental authority; and (ii) if a PRCP schedule applies for relevant activities carried out in the certified area—record particulars of the certification in the relevant register for the schedule; and (iii) give written notice of the decision to the applicant; or - (i) record particulars of the certification in the relevant register for the environmental authority; and - (ii) if a PRCP schedule applies for relevant activities carried out in the certified area—record particulars of the certification in the relevant register for the schedule; and - (iii) give written notice of the decision to the applicant; or - (b) if the decision was to refuse the progressive certification—give the applicant an information notice about the decision. - (i) record particulars of the certification in the relevant register for the environmental authority; and - (ii) if a PRCP schedule applies for relevant activities carried out in the certified area—record particulars of the certification in the relevant register for the schedule; and - (iii) give written notice of the decision to the applicant; or
