### sec.318YW Required action after amendment, suspension, cancellation or end of accreditation program or recognition
This section applies to the owner of an accreditation program if—
the program is amended; or
the recognition of the program is suspended or cancelled under section 318YU or 318YV ; or
the owner of the program stops providing the program.
The owner must give written notice about the amendment, suspension, cancellation or ending of the program, to each person who is accredited under the accreditation program within 5 business days after the amendment, suspension, cancellation or ending takes effect.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
If the recognition of the accreditation program is suspended, the notice under subsection (2) must state the period of the suspension.
Within 5 business days after giving a notice to the accredited persons under subsection (2) , the owner must give the chief executive—
a copy of the notice; and
the name of each accredited person given the notice.
