### sec.318YD Criteria for recognition The chief executive may recognise an accreditation program for an agricultural ERA if the chief executive is satisfied the program— has governance and administration arrangements that appropriately provide for the ownership, operation and management of the program; and has arrangements, procedures and controls that provide a sound basis for the operation of a program that provides for each of the functions mentioned in section 318YB ; and complies with other criteria prescribed by regulation. s 318YD ins 2019 No. 28 s 10 - (a) has governance and administration arrangements that appropriately provide for the ownership, operation and management of the program; and - (b) has arrangements, procedures and controls that provide a sound basis for the operation of a program that provides for each of the functions mentioned in section 318YB ; and - (c) complies with other criteria prescribed by regulation.
