### sec.318S Use of information in suitability report This section applies if the chief executive is considering information contained in a report about a person or entity obtained under section 318R (a suitability report ). The information must not be used for any purpose other than to make the decision for which the report was obtained. In making the decision, the chief executive must have regard to the following matters relating to information about the commission of an offence by the person or entity— when the offence was committed; the nature of the offence and its relevance to the decision. s 318S ins 2012 No. 16 s 8 amd 2020 No. 26 s 118 sch 1 (sec.318S-ssec.1) This section applies if the chief executive is considering information contained in a report about a person or entity obtained under section 318R (a suitability report ).
