### sec.318DA Minor amendment of ERA standard
The chief executive may make a minor amendment of an ERA standard by publishing a copy of the amended ERA standard on the department’s website.
The amended ERA standard takes effect when it is approved by a regulation.
In this section—
minor amendment , of an ERA standard, means an amendment of the standard—
to change a title or department name; or
to correct a spelling or grammatical error; or
to change terminology that has no effect on the operation of the standard; or
to make another change the chief executive is satisfied is not a change of substance.
An amendment of an ERA standard other than a minor amendment is made by the making of a new ERA standard.

(sec.318DA-ssec.1) The chief executive may make a minor amendment of an ERA standard by publishing a copy of the amended ERA standard on the department’s website.
(sec.318DA-ssec.2) The amended ERA standard takes effect when it is approved by a regulation.
(sec.318DA-ssec.3) In this section— minor amendment , of an ERA standard, means an amendment of the standard— to change a title or department name; or to correct a spelling or grammatical error; or to change terminology that has no effect on the operation of the standard; or to make another change the chief executive is satisfied is not a change of substance.
