### sec.316L Changing anniversary day The administering authority may change the anniversary day, for an environmental authority for which an annual fee is prescribed by regulation, to another day (the new day ) if the holder of the environmental authority— agrees in writing to the change; or applies to the administering authority to change the anniversary day to a new day. The application must be in the approved form and be accompanied by the fee prescribed by regulation. s 316L ins 2018 No. 30 s 173 (sec.316L-ssec.1) The administering authority may change the anniversary day, for an environmental authority for which an annual fee is prescribed by regulation, to another day (the new day ) if the holder of the environmental authority— agrees in writing to the change; or applies to the administering authority to change the anniversary day to a new day.
