### sec.301 Notice of decision
The administering authority must, within 5 business days after making the ERC decision, give an information notice for the decision to—
the holder of the environmental authority; and
the scheme manager.
The notice must state—
the estimated rehabilitation cost for the resource activity; and
the period for which the ERC decision is in force.
