### sec.269A Effect of approval of surrender application on PRCP schedule This section applies if— the administering authority approves a surrender application, other than a surrender application for a part of an environmental authority; and a PRCP schedule applies for carrying out relevant activities under the environmental authority as in force before the surrender.
