### sec.256 Notice to owners of transfer This section applies if— a person is issued a transferred environmental authority under section 255 (1) (b) ; and the person is not the owner of the land to which the authority relates. The person must, within 10 business days after receiving the authority, give each owner of the land to which the authority relates written notice it has been issued the authority.
