### sec.25 Extra-territorial application of Act A person commits an offence against this Act if— the person causes environmental harm within the State by conduct engaged in outside the State; and the conduct would constitute the offence against this Act if it were engaged in by the person within the State. - (a) the person causes environmental harm within the State by conduct engaged in outside the State; and - (b) the conduct would constitute the offence against this Act if it were engaged in by the person within the State.
