### sec.227AAC When amendment application lapses This section applies if the applicant is given a notice under section 227AAB (2) . The amendment application lapses if the applicant does not, within the stated period or the further period agreed between the administering authority and the applicant— take the action mentioned in section 227AAB (2) (c) ; and give the administering authority written notice that the action has been taken. s 227AAC ins 2020 No. 26 s 37 (sec.227AAC-ssec.1) This section applies if the applicant is given a notice under section 227AAB (2) .
