### sec.212 Amendment to reflect NNTT conditions
This section applies for an environmental authority or PRCP schedule for a mining or petroleum activity.
The administering authority may amend the environmental authority or impose conditions on the PRCP schedule to ensure compliance with conditions included in a determination made by the NNTT under the Commonwealth Native Title Act , section 38 (1) (c) .
The administering authority must give written notice of the amendment or conditions to the holder of the environmental authority or PRCP schedule.
