### sec.206A Conditions for PRCP schedules
It is a condition of a PRCP schedule that, in carrying out a relevant activity under the schedule, the holder must comply with a requirement stated in the environmental authority relevant to carrying out the activity.
Also, it is a condition of a PRCP schedule that the holder must comply with the following matters stated in the schedule—
each rehabilitation milestone and management milestone;
when each rehabilitation milestone and management milestone is to be achieved.
Without limiting the conditions that may be imposed on a PRCP schedule or proposed PRCP schedule, a condition may require the holder of the schedule to give the administering authority written notice (a statement of compliance ) about a document or work relating to a relevant activity.
The condition mentioned in subsection (1) applies for a requirement stated in the environmental authority even if the environmental authority is suspended.
