sec.201Term of environmental authority

### sec.201 Term of environmental authority An environmental authority continues in force until the earlier of the following to happen— if the environmental authority states it will lapse after a stated period—the end of the stated period; the authority is cancelled, surrendered or suspended under this chapter.
