### sec.187 Notice of referral The administering authority must, within 10 business days after making the referral— give the applicant a copy of— the notice mentioned in section 185 (3) (a) ; and if an objection notice was given—the objection notice and the submission to which the objection notice relates; and give any objector a copy of the notice mentioned in section 185 (3) (a) . s 187 ins 2000 No. 64 s 6 amd 2004 No. 48 s 53 sub 2012 No. 16 ss 7 – 8 - (a) give the applicant a copy of— (i) the notice mentioned in section 185 (3) (a) ; and (ii) if an objection notice was given—the objection notice and the submission to which the objection notice relates; and - (i) the notice mentioned in section 185 (3) (a) ; and - (ii) if an objection notice was given—the objection notice and the submission to which the objection notice relates; and - (b) give any objector a copy of the notice mentioned in section 185 (3) (a) . - (i) the notice mentioned in section 185 (3) (a) ; and - (ii) if an objection notice was given—the objection notice and the submission to which the objection notice relates; and
