### sec.130 Nomination of principal applicant This section applies if joint applicants jointly apply for 1 or more environmental authorities. The person nominated in the application as the principal applicant for the application may, for all applicants for the application, give to the administering authority a notice or other document relating to the application or a proposed PRC plan for the application.
