### sec.126B Main purpose of PRC plan
The main purposes of a PRC plan are to—
require the holder of an environmental authority issued for a site-specific application for a mining activity relating to a mining lease to plan for how and where environmentally relevant activities will be carried out on land in a way that maximises the progressive rehabilitation of the land to a stable condition; and
provide for the condition to which the holder must rehabilitate the land before the authority may be surrendered.
