133 Information discovery orders
(1) If the authority has reasonable grounds for suspecting that a person—
(a) has information reasonably required by the authority for the
administration or enforcement of this Act; or
(b) has possession or control of a document containing such
information;
the authority may serve on the person an information discovery order
requiring the person to give the information or produce the document.
(2) An order must be in writing and must —
(a) identify the person on whom the order is served; and
(b) specify why the information is required; and
(c) specify the date on or before which the order must be complied
with; and
(d) set out the maximum penalty, on conviction, for a failure to
comply with the order.
