129Interim order

129 Interim order (1) If— (a) an application for an order under section 128 is pending; and (b) the Supreme Court is satisfied that there is a real or significant likelihood of serious or material environmental harm happening before the application is determined; the court may make an interim order of the kind described in section 128 (1) (c), (d) or (e) and any other orders the court considers appropriate. (2) An interim order under subsection (1) remains in force— (a) if a copy of the application has not been served on the respondent— (i) until the court otherwise orders; or (ii) for the period (not longer than 14 days) specified in the order; whichever happens first; or (b) if a copy of the application has been served on the respondent— (i) until the court otherwise orders; or (ii) until the court decides the application; whichever happens first.
