### sec.8 Validity of electronic transactions A transaction is not invalid under a State law merely because it took place wholly or partly by 1 or more electronic communications. However, the general rule in subsection (1) does not apply for the validity of a transaction to the extent to which another, more specific, provision of this chapter deals with its validity.
