### sec.98 Electricity entity entitled to access to its works
This section applies to an electricity entity’s works on someone else’s land, including land that is a publicly controlled place, railway land or a protected area.
The electricity entity (and its employees and agents) are entitled to have unrestricted access to the works at any reasonable time and, for that purpose, may enter and pass through the land.
