### sec.95 When feed-in tariff continues to apply
This section applies if a feed-in tariff (an existing feed-in tariff ) would, but for subsection (2) , stop applying and a new feed-in tariff does not apply.
The existing feed-in tariff continues to apply until a new feed-in tariff applies.
