### sec.88A Prohibition on operating supply network unless authorised A person must not supply electricity using a supply network unless the person is the holder of a distribution authority. Maximum penalty—5,000 penalty units. If a corporation commits an offence against this provision, each executive officer of the corporation may be taken, under section 240A , to have also committed the offence.
