### sec.87 Connection of generating plant to transmission grid or supply network only if authorised A person must not connect generating plant to a transmission grid or supply network unless the person is the holder of a generation authority. Maximum penalty—5,000 penalty units. If a corporation commits an offence against this provision, each executive officer of the corporation may be taken, under section 240A , to have also committed the offence.
