### sec.64 Delegation
The regulator may delegate a power of the regulator to a public service employee or an employee of an electricity entity if satisfied the person has the expertise and experience necessary to exercise properly the power.
A regulation may provide that a particular power of the regulator—
may not be delegated; or
may be delegated only to a particular person.

(sec.64-ssec.1) The regulator may delegate a power of the regulator to a public service employee or an employee of an electricity entity if satisfied the person has the expertise and experience necessary to exercise properly the power.
(sec.64-ssec.2) A regulation may provide that a particular power of the regulator— may not be delegated; or may be delegated only to a particular person.
- (a) may not be delegated; or
- (b) may be delegated only to a particular person.
