### sec.55DA Retailer must enter into community services agreement A retailer must not provide a customer retail service unless the retailer— enters into an agreement with the State to provide, for at least 5 years, the community services— agreed between the State and the retailer; or failing agreement, as decided by the Minister; and pensioner rebate and drought relief schemes for customer retail services complies with the agreement.
