### sec.44 Additional condition to provide network services In addition, it is a condition of a distribution authority that the entity must provide, as far as technically and economically practicable, network services, on fair and reasonable terms, for persons authorised to connect supply of electricity to the network or take electricity from the network. s 44 amd 1997 No. 26 s 18 ; 1997 No. 77 s 22 ; 2011 No. 29 s 4 (retro)
