### sec.361 Social licence criteria do not apply for existing applications This section applies to an application for any of the following made but not decided under this Act before the commencement— the issue of a generation authority; the transfer of a generation authority; a special approval; the transfer of a special approval. The application must be decided under this Act as in force immediately before the commencement as if the Energy (Renewable Transformation and Jobs) Act 2024 had not been enacted. s 361 ins 2024 No. 15 s 184F (sec.361-ssec.1) This section applies to an application for any of the following made but not decided under this Act before the commencement— the issue of a generation authority; the transfer of a generation authority; a special approval; the transfer of a special approval.
