### sec.357 QCA industry codes
This section applies if, before the commencement, the QCA made an industry code, or made an amendment to an industry code, but had not given the Minister a copy of the code or the amendment.
Chapter 5, part 1A, divisions 3 and 5, as in force immediately before the commencement, continue to apply to the making of the industry code, or the making of an amendment to the industry code.
