### sec.342 Existing proceedings for external review This section applies if— before the commencement, a proceeding was started in QCAT for review of a review decision; and at the commencement, QCAT has not finally decided the proceeding. The proceeding ends and no further step may be taken in relation to it. However, QCAT may make an order under the QCAT Act about the costs incurred for the proceeding before the commencement. s 342 ins 2013 No. 42 s 34 (sec.342-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, a proceeding was started in QCAT for review of a review decision; and at the commencement, QCAT has not finally decided the proceeding. (sec.342-ssec.2) The proceeding ends and no further step may be taken in relation to it.
