### sec.34 Additional conditions about grid operation etc.
In addition, a transmission authority is subject to the following conditions—
the transmission entity must operate, maintain (including repair and replace if necessary) and protect its transmission grid to ensure the adequate, economic, reliable and safe transmission of electricity;
the transmission entity must operate the grid in coordination with transmission grids to which it is connected directly or indirectly.
Unless otherwise provided in its authority, it is also a condition of the transmission authority that the transmission entity must ensure, as far as technically and economically practicable, that the transmission grid is operated with enough capacity (and, if necessary, augmented or extended to provide enough capacity) to provide network services to persons authorised to connect to the grid or take electricity from the grid.
(sec.34-ssec.1) In addition, a transmission authority is subject to the following conditions— the transmission entity must operate, maintain (including repair and replace if necessary) and protect its transmission grid to ensure the adequate, economic, reliable and safe transmission of electricity; the transmission entity must operate the grid in coordination with transmission grids to which it is connected directly or indirectly.
(sec.34-ssec.2) Unless otherwise provided in its authority, it is also a condition of the transmission authority that the transmission entity must ensure, as far as technically and economically practicable, that the transmission grid is operated with enough capacity (and, if necessary, augmented or extended to provide enough capacity) to provide network services to persons authorised to connect to the grid or take electricity from the grid.
- (a) the transmission entity must operate, maintain (including repair and replace if necessary) and protect its transmission grid to ensure the adequate, economic, reliable and safe transmission of electricity;
- (b) the transmission entity must operate the grid in coordination with transmission grids to which it is connected directly or indirectly.
