### sec.331 Continuation of relevant former provisions for retail authority and special approval Subject to subsection (2)— section 55DA(3) and (4), as it was in force immediately before 1 July 2011 (the relevant former provision ), continues to apply; and section 55F, as it was in force immediately before 1 July 2011 (also the relevant former provision ), continues to apply to a retail authority; and section 61A, as it was in force immediately before 1 July 2011 (also the relevant former provision ), continues to apply to a special approval. A reference in the relevant former provision to the Ambulance Cover Act is taken to be a reference to the repealed Community Ambulance Cover Act 2003 as continued under the Community Ambulance Cover Levy Repeal Act 2011 , part 2. s 331 ins 2011 No. 20 s 40 (sec.331-ssec.1) Subject to subsection (2)— section 55DA(3) and (4), as it was in force immediately before 1 July 2011 (the relevant former provision ), continues to apply; and section 55F, as it was in force immediately before 1 July 2011 (also the relevant former provision ), continues to apply to a retail authority; and section 61A, as it was in force immediately before 1 July 2011 (also the relevant former provision ), continues to apply to a special approval.
