### sec.321 Making of transitional conduct rules about marketing conduct
The Minister may, at any time after the commencement, make conduct rules about marketing conduct by distribution entities or retail entities.
Former section 120C and 120GB apply for the making of the rules as if a reference in the sections to QCA were a reference to the Minister.
Former sections 120D to 120GA do not apply for the making of the rules.
The Minister must publish a gazette notice stating that the Minister has made the rules.
The rules take effect when the notice is published, or on a later day of effect stated in the notice.
