### sec.307 Existing exemptions from Act This section applies to an exemption from this Act given by the Electricity Regulation 1994 and in force immediately before the commencement of this section. From the commencement, the exemption continues in force as if it were given under the following section of this Act— for an exemption for connection of generating plant not supplying electricity to a transmission grid or supply network—section 20P; for an exemption for Brisbane Airport Rail Link—section 20Q(1); for an exemption for an on-supplier—section 20A. s 307 ins 2003 No. 28 s 32 (sec.307-ssec.1) This section applies to an exemption from this Act given by the Electricity Regulation 1994 and in force immediately before the commencement of this section.
