### sec.280 First declaration of approved superannuation scheme The first regulation declaring an industry superannuation scheme to be an approved industry superannuation scheme must fix a commencement day for the approval (the approval day ). The regulation may be made only if the Minister is satisfied the scheme’s conditions are acceptable to replace the conditions of the Queensland Electricity Supply Industry Employees’ Superannuation Scheme, and the Queensland Electricity Supply Industry Employer-funded Accumulations Superannuation Fund, established under the Electricity Act 1976 ( QESIESS ).
