### sec.254AB Meaning of particular terms for a relevant body corporate For a relevant body corporate, a reference in this Act— to a customer’s premises or to premises owned or occupied by a customer, is a reference to the premises for which the relevant body corporate is established; and to a customer or person who owns or occupies premises or has the right to use premises, is a reference to the relevant body corporate established for the premises. s 254AB ins 2002 No. 56 s 8 - (a) to a customer’s premises or to premises owned or occupied by a customer, is a reference to the premises for which the relevant body corporate is established; and - (b) to a customer or person who owns or occupies premises or has the right to use premises, is a reference to the relevant body corporate established for the premises.
