### sec.252 Condition may require compliance with standards, codes etc.
A condition that may be imposed under this Act may require compliance with a protocol, standard, code, intergovernmental agreement or another agreement stated in the condition.
This section does not limit the Statutory Instruments Act 1992 , section 23 .
