### sec.23 Customers and their types
A customer is a person who is a customer under the NERL (Qld), section 5 (1) .
A large customer is a person who is a large customer under the NERL (Qld), section 5 (3) .
A small customer is a person who is a small customer under the NERL (Qld), section 5 (2) .
An excluded customer is a small customer whose premises are connected, or to be connected, to a distribution entity’s supply network that is not connected to the national grid.
