### sec.217 Review panels, arbitration and mediation A regulation may make provision about referring applications under this part for internal review of decisions to— review panels for advice; or mediation for resolution; or arbitration for decision. Without limiting subsection (1) , a regulation may make provision about— the type of applications that must or may be referred to review panels, mediation or arbitration; and establishing review panels; and the composition of review panels; and the appointment of mediators and arbitrators; and the conduct of proceedings before review panels, mediators and arbitrators; and the making of recommendations by review panels, the resolving of applications by mediation and the making of decisions by arbitration. s 217 amd 2009 No. 24 s 444 (sec.217-ssec.1) A regulation may make provision about referring applications under this part for internal review of decisions to— review panels for advice; or mediation for resolution; or arbitration for decision.
