### sec.201A Application for transfer An application for the transfer of a distribution authority must— be made to the regulator in the form approved by the regulator; and be accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation. If asked in writing by the regulator, the applicant must give the further relevant information or evidence the regulator requires to decide the application. s 201A ins 2003 No. 28 s 23 (sec.201A-ssec.1) An application for the transfer of a distribution authority must— be made to the regulator in the form approved by the regulator; and be accompanied by the fee prescribed under a regulation.
