### sec.18 Application of Act to government entities In this section— government entity includes— the State, the Commonwealth or another State; or an instrumentality or agent of the State, the Commonwealth or another State. This Act binds a government entity only— to the extent that the entity is, or has a financial interest in, an electricity entity; or to the extent that the entity is a customer; or in relation to electricity restriction and rationing; or in relation to sections 287 and 287A . s 18 amd 1997 No. 50 s 5 ; 2002 No. 42 s 242 sch 1 ; 2004 No. 53 s 2 sch (sec.18-ssec.1) In this section— government entity includes— the State, the Commonwealth or another State; or an instrumentality or agent of the State, the Commonwealth or another State.
