### sec.178 Issue of generation authorities The regulator may issue a generation authority to a person. The authority must state— the generating plant that may be connected; and the transmission grid or supply network to which it may be connected; and the term of the authority. Generating plant may be stated in the authority even though it has not been built when the authority is issued. s 178 amd 1997 No. 50 s 22 ; 2014 No. 48 s 79 (sec.178-ssec.1) The regulator may issue a generation authority to a person.
