### sec.150 When inspection officer ceases to hold office An inspection officer ceases to hold office if any of the following happens— the term of office stated in a condition of office ends; under another condition of office, the inspection officer ceases to hold office; the inspection officer’s resignation takes effect. Subsection (1) does not limit the ways an inspection officer may cease to hold office.
