### sec.120ZI Responsibility for cost of audit
An electricity entity or retailer required under section 120ZH (1) to carry out, or appoint an independent auditor to carry out, an audit is responsible for the cost of the audit.
If QCA appoints an independent auditor to carry out an audit concerning an electricity entity or retailer, the entity or retailer must reimburse QCA for the cost of the audit if required to do so by QCA.

(sec.120ZI-ssec.1) An electricity entity or retailer required under section 120ZH (1) to carry out, or appoint an independent auditor to carry out, an audit is responsible for the cost of the audit.
(sec.120ZI-ssec.2) If QCA appoints an independent auditor to carry out an audit concerning an electricity entity or retailer, the entity or retailer must reimburse QCA for the cost of the audit if required to do so by QCA.
