### sec.120M Terms of reference
The direction may do all or any of the following—
state the terms of reference of the review;
require QCA to give the Minister a report on the review within a stated period;
require QCA to make the report publicly available or available to a stated entity;
require QCA to, during the review, make a draft report publicly available or available to a stated entity;
require QCA to, in conducting the review—
consider stated matters; and
have stated objectives;
give QCA other directions the Minister considers appropriate.
