### sec.120I Ministerial approval
QCA must, as soon as practicable after making a distribution network code, give the Minister a copy.
The Minister may, within 20 business days after receiving the code, decide whether to approve it.
The Minister must, in making the decision, have regard to the QCA code objective.
If the decision is not to approve the code, the Minister must, as soon as practicable after the making of the decision, give QCA a notice stating the decision, and the reasons for it.
If the Minister does not make the decision within the 20 business days, the Minister is taken to have approved the code.
